The Pavilion

The pavilion is situated on Petrovsky Island, surrounded by the canals, in the coastal part of the Lower Park. The island is linked to the park with three bridges; one of them is a drawbridge via. Due to this, small vessels can sail along the canals and moor to the pier in front of the Konstantin Palace.

In the Pavilion there are the Ceremonial Hall, the Stand-Up Meal Hall and apartments for private negotiations. Additional rooms for the participants of the meetings and for their accompanying persons, including technical experts and reporters adjoin the Ceremonial Hall.

From the Pavilion’s lobby spiral staircases rise to the viewing platform, which is located on the roof, where the panorama of the palace and park ensemble opens.
